Water Restoration

In your time of worry about water, the last thing you should worry about is finding a clean-up crew that can respond promptly. Our certified technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our professionals use a 5-step water restoration process.

Step 1: Inspection

Once our technicians arrive on the scene, they immediately asses the extent of the damage. Then, you receive a cost estimate and plan of action. Upon your approval, we begin the recovery process to prevent any additional damage to the property.

Step 2: Water Removal

All standing water is promptly removed and interior contents are dried. We adhere to strict drying methods and continue to monitor progress to prevent secondary damage due to microbial growth.

Step 3: Stabilization

Dehumidifiers and air movers are used to draw moisture from the air and return the indoor environment to a warm, dry state.

Step 4: Follow-up Inspection

The property is monitored with a follow-up inspection to insure restoration to a pre-loss condition.

Step 5: Replacement

Flooring can be replaced with your or your insurance company's approval, while the rest of the interior and structure is cleaned and restored.

*** Water restoration is typically ALWAYS covered by your homeowner's flood insurance plan. They will pay for us to come in and suck the water out, and dry out your home. By acting immediately, you'll prevent more damage to your home. The longer water sits, the more likely mold and other problems are to occur. Call us immediately if your home floods & we respond any time of day or night. ***
